About Me
Hello! I completed my Bachelor's degree at
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
and my doctorate degree at University of
La Verne. I have received specialized training
in evidenced-based treatments, including
eye movement desensitization and reprocessing
(EMDR; an evidence-based treatment for PTSD),
dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive
behavioral therapy (CBT). I work collaboratively
with you to navigate life's challenges and
address barriers that may be preventing you from
living the life you want.

My Experience
I have years of experience working in various settings (i.e. community mental health centers, substance use treatment centers, and private and public psychiatric hospitals) where I have treated individuals, groups, and couples. I have had the privilege to work with diverse populations, including veterans struggling with PTSD, young adults struggling with school and relationship issues, working professionals having difficulty balancing life and work, older adults experiencing issues related to aging, grief and loss, as well as individuals struggling with addiction. In addition to my private practice, I currently hold a position as a staff psychologist at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. See below the various clinical settings I am currently working/have worked at:
