About Me
Hello! I completed my Bachelor's degree at
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)
and my doctorate degree at University of
La Verne. I have received specialized training
in evidenced-based treatments, including
mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT;
an effective treatment for interpersonal conflicts
and maladaptive behavioral patterns), and
cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT; the gold
standard treatment for depression and anxiety
disorder). I can help you work through your
challenges in life and troubleshoot barriers
preventing you from having the kind of life you want.

My Experience
I have years of experience working in various settings (i.e. community mental health centers, substance use treatment centers, and private and public psychiatric hospitals) where I have treated individuals, groups, and couples. I have had the privilege to work with diverse populations, including veterans struggling with PTSD, young adults struggling with school and relationship issues, working professionals having difficulty balancing life and work, older adults experiencing issues related to aging, grief and loss, as well as individuals struggling with addiction. In addition to my private practice, I currently hold a position as a staff psychologist at San Quentin State Prison. See below the various clinical settings I am currently working/have worked at:
